Please be informed by submitting an entry in this Competition, you confirm and warrant that:
 

1. You own the copyright and any other intellectual property rights of each submitted image;
    

2. Only de-identified data which cannot be traced back to any individual patient is submitted to the Organiser;
    

3. Obtained any consents necessary according to any applicable data protection and privacy laws; and you agree to indemnify and hold the Organiser harmless from any claims by third parties based on or in connection with a breach of this warranty.
    

4. You agree to grant the Organiser a free, non-exclusive right, with no restriction with regards to time or place, to use, reproduce, enlarge, publish or exhibit the images received in whatever form and in any medium of communication for the purpose of conducting this Competition. The Organiser acknowledges that any other use of images post-competition requires your explicit consent.

Winners will be announced on 14th Dec 2025, 2 pm at the ZEISS Booth in conjunction with TOS Congress 2025
